We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a diverse role requiring a highly commercial and analytical individual who is also prepared to get their hands dirty whilst the business is relatively early stage.
- The role combines responsibility for managing the finance function for our subsidiary as well as a wider remit acting as an analyst for our UK and International Commercial teams.
- Planning and execution of audit of internal financial control over financial reporting and preparing internal audit report.
- Responsible for all accounting related issues.
- Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.
- Financial reporting and budgeting, reporting to the management.
- Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs and manage budget.
- Responsible for controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
- Responsible for preparing and managing the process of procurement, stock/inventory, maintaining records of debtors and creditors.
- Responsible for payroll management.
- Responsible for preparing and analysing monthly MIS.
- Responsible for providing ROC compliances, annual filing, incorporation of company etc.
- Daily sales reporting.
- Analyse financial data and create/maintain financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Strong English language skills.
- Qualified accountant.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferable.
- International company experience.
- Management experience to include liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Self-disciplined, results focused with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach to work to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI and CRM systems.
