Accounting and Financial Management Role

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. This role requires the use of accounting software and the application of finance principles to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle end-to-end accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
