We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive strategic financial leadership and operational excellence across our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to guide business decisions.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Consolidate financial data to inform strategic planning and drive profitability.
- Strategic Finance & Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
- Support deal teams with diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
- Negotiations & Contract Oversight:
- Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.
- Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Drive company-wide performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
- Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.
