Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent ops, or hiring design.
  • Strong command of ATS workflows, interview analytics, and hiring compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
