**Job Title:** Operational Excellence Manager

About this Opportunity

The role is to oversee day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth operations as per contract agreements. Leading by example will be a key attribute for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational performance.
  • To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver according to SLAs.
  • Planning for and ensuring team members' competence enhancement.
  • Ensuring KPI and SLA fulfillment related to Network Maintenance.
  • 1st Level troubleshooting of events taking place on the network.
  • Review of Performance Metrics for shift resources and implementation of corrective/preventive actions if required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or MSC equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Telecom, with a significant part in Telecom Network.
  • Technical knowledge of Microwave Equipment.
  • Remedy Tool technical and functional skills.
  • GSM, CDMA knowledge.
  • Telco Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation integration of processes.
What You Will Bring
  • To plan and perform all shift operational activities.
  • To support and implement MSTOP processes.
  • To approve and review leave of people in his/her team.
  • Authorized to report security breach incidents.
  • Authorized for sanctioning shift allowances of his/her team members.
  • To suggest corrective and preventive actions for security threats.
  • To act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hours.
  • Formulate training requirements for the TXN team.
