Process Leadership Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance management, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management and experience working with teams in high-volume environments.

The Process Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Leading and mentoring a team of back-office professionals
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics

Requirements
