Job Title: Senior Manager Legal
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Legal. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal strategies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Drafting contracts, including business agreements and lease deeds, that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Handling trade mark and IPR related matters, including protecting and defending infringement, to safeguard our brand reputation.
- Managing consumer cases and defending before judicial or quasi-judicial forums to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Handling litigations and court procedures involving company-related matters to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.
- A law degree from a recognized college under regular stream (5 years) or BL/LLB with Graduation (3 years) to demonstrate your expertise in the field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a medium/large organization or law firm to showcase your skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to travel to retail stores across South India to engage with customers and understand their needs.
