ServiceNow Business Analyst Role SummaryThis Business Analyst position requires a strong background in business analysis, with experience working on large-scale transformation projects.The ideal candidate will have the ability to act as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements; maintaining a backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors.Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the implementation team.
  • Analyze customer requirements and maintain a backlog.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternatives where necessary.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in Order Management, especially the data model.
  • Familiarity with CSM/OM data model and best practices for data usage.
  • Experience managing large data extractions and transforming them into ServiceNow target formats.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
