Required Skills:

  • CFA, CA, or MBA degree in finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business valuation, including financial statement analysis and industry research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software, such as Excel.
