Job Description:-

  • Train and up-skill sales teams on cloud products, features, use-cases and value propositions.
  • Guide and support sales teams to convert leads into cloud customers.
  • Resolve technical customer queries both online and onsite ensuring satisfaction.
  • Create and document standardized processes, solution flows and best practices for cloud offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design custom cloud solutions for potential clients.
  • Stay informed on cloud trends and competitors offering strategic insights to sales and product teams.
  • Empower sales teams to pitch cloud more effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment and scalability.
  • Excellent communication skills skilled at simplifying complex topics for non-technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or onsite support.
  • Self-driven, process-oriented and passionate about enabling sales success.
