Job Title: HCM Technical Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a seasoned technical consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of core HR, absence management, payroll, talent management, recruitment cloud, time & labor, health & safety, security, benefit administration, and HR help desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
  • Develop and implement customizations and extensions using Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Write and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with other systems.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization.
  • Lead the development of enterprise business process areas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical or functional consultant role.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Expertise in process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Experience in any three modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, HR Help Desk).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools (HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
