Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation and Consulting

You will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation & Configuration:
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
Project Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and solution validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience:
  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in global delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree:
  • Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
Professional certifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
Willingness to work:
  • Rotational shifts and travel onsite if required.
