Oracle Fusion Time Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to design, implement, configure, and support OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL formulas.
  • Complete User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OTL functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
