About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IFS functional consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud, strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and operational requirements. You will be responsible for aligning IFS applications with customer needs, running functional workshops, and configuring the application to meet specific business objectives.
- You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- You will run workshops for clients to map and document business processes, use cases, and requirements that are in-scope to be configured within the IFS application.
- You will assist in completing business requirement documents and solution design documents outlining what requirements and solutions will be delivered within the project's timeline.
As a senior functional consultant, you will be at the forefront of IFS implementations, leading a global team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements- 4-6 years of experience as a functional consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud
- Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations
