Area Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Strategy Implementation and Market Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies outlined by the Project Management Team, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders within the designated region, monitoring competitor information, and staying updated with doctors' prescription trends through collaboration with pharmacy managers. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives and other relevant activities to uphold the company's brand image.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, and pharmacy managers to gather feedback and competitor information.
- Plan and execute CME initiatives and other relevant activities to support the company's brand image.
- Monitor competitor information and stay updated with doctors' prescription trends.
- Collaborate with the project management team to organize Sparsh and life awareness programs.
- Coordinate field activities for CME programs, including arranging speakers and venues.
- Manage logistics for corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as the awareness for Life program.
- Review sales data and take corrective actions to ensure weekly sales targets are met.
- Manage territory data by collecting sales data and inputting RCPA data into the Unnati portal.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and oncology business. The ideal candidate will have:
- B.Pharma degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology, preferably in the same region
- Strong sales and marketing acumen, including experience in promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Ability to identify challenges in the market and develop effective solutions
- Deep knowledge of customer behavior
- Product knowledge/scientific knowledge of oncology products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient leadership and collaboration skills
- Good at building and leveraging relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
