Pharmacovigilance Leadership Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacovigilance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the highest level of safety for our products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a highly compliant pharmacovigilance system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the pharmacovigilance system to ensure compliance with local and global regulations and guidelines.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external audits and inspections to ensure business continuity and after-hours availability.
  • Monitor PV system performance and compliance of partners and distributors.
  • Maintain expertise in country and worldwide regulations and guidelines.
  • Accountable for all strategic PV activities.
  • Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  • Ensure documentation of internal regulatory/PV processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum five years of working experience within the pharmaceutical industry and minimum five years within pharmacovigilance.

Graduate degree or advanced degree in medicine or life sciences or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills including proficiency in verbal and written English.

Experience in other affiliate medical functions or global clinical product development is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
