Product Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Leader to drive the success of our innovative software solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Development Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product development efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and market demands.
  • Manage Backlog: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns.
  • Plan and Execute Releases: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring that deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze Requirements: Analyze customer needs, market requirements, and business objectives to define product features and enhancements.
  • Define Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product features and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term product goals, anticipate market trends, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
