About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead our product design team, leveraging their expertise in user-centered design principles and AI-powered product development.

  • Design Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive design vision, ensuring consistency and quality across our products.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps, driving alignment and efficiency.
  • User Advocacy - Advocate for users through research, testing, and feedback, informing design decisions with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • No less than 12 years of experience in product design, preferably in a technology-driven company.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and driving successful AI-powered product launches.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
