Senior Operations Manager - Manufacturing and Packaging

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as the Senior Operations Manager - Manufacturing and Packaging. We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all daily operations of our manufacturing and packaging facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing production, planning & operation management in a regulatory work environment.

  • Oversight of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Strategic planning to increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while eliminating unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Proven exposure to regulatory requirements in leadership roles for various global authorities.
  • Expertise in production optimization, resource management, and quality and regulatory domains.
  • Implementation of corrective actions committed to regulatory agencies.
  • Validation of processes, cleaning, and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Development of systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards.
  • Training of production personnel on new equipment and processes.
  • Maintenance and calibration activities for facility, equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Establishment of hold time periods for in-process products and cleaned/un-cleaned equipment.
  • Ensuring product manufacturing adheres to instructions and records filling contemporaneously.
  • Policies and procedures for equipment operation and cleaning to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cleaning of facility and equipment on a regular basis.
  • Storage of products as per storage conditions and environment monitoring records.
  • Cleanliness in change rooms and toilet facilities for production personnel.
