Key Responsibilities

You will support the delivery of cross-selling strategies for personal investing products and services.

This position drives customer acquisition growth and expands our personal investing customer base through targeted cross-sell campaigns.

  • Help create, deploy, and monitor cross-sell campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager and Senior Manager.
  • Support the development of the annual cross-sell marketing plan.
  • Maintain and update tasks using Workfront, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Support data analysis efforts by preparing reports and summaries.
  • Enhance on-site conversion rates by collaborating with the Site Engagement Team.
  • Work with product marketing teams to gather feedback and meet customer expectations.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials and incentive programmes.
  • Monitor feedback and results from campaigns to provide insights for future initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on cross-sell strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on marketing strategies.

Requirements

Acquisition Marketing Expertise: Proven experience deploying, managing, and analyzing acquisition marketing campaigns.

Promotional Design Skills: Creativity in designing promotional marketing materials and incentive programmes.

Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintaining Workfront jobs and compliance approvals.

Project Coordination: Experience organizing and monitoring campaigns, handling logistics, and collaborating with team members.

Customer Focus: Ability to enhance the customer journey by integrating cross-sell strategies within personal investing channels.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Stakeholder Engagement: Capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Competence in preparing reports that support data analysis.
