Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager
Job DescriptionSourcing and managing strategic partnerships across multiple geographies is a key responsibility for this role. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and achieve KPIs for acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to generate leads for publishers and channel partners
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver business growth and ensure cohesive customer experiences
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in online-gaming partnerships and affiliate management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate CAC, LTV, and retention
- Creative freedom to implement your ideas and take ownership of your workstream
- Weekly feedback on your performance and opportunities for growth and development
