Job Description

Sourcing and managing strategic partnerships across multiple geographies is a key responsibility for this role. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and achieve KPIs for acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to generate leads for publishers and channel partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver business growth and ensure cohesive customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in online-gaming partnerships and affiliate management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to calculate CAC, LTV, and retention
