We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Learning and Development efforts. As a high-impact Training Sessions Leader, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning and Development, with expertise in training delivery, program management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions across various locations
  • Lead end-to-end learning and engagement programs with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach, mentor, and develop trainers for consistent delivery
  • Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and provide insightful reports
  • Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks
  • Develop, design, and deliver new training modules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8-10 years' experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources
  • Strong facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement
