Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for training and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that meet the needs of our team members. This includes creating engaging training materials, conducting workshops and coaching sessions, and analyzing data to inform future training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
  • Conduct regular evaluations of training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of training initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models
