Training and Development Director

The role of a Training and Development Director is to spearhead training initiatives across all our outlets. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of Food & Beverages (F&B), including liquor service standards, and the ability to design structured training modules for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service, standardizing operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct Regular Training Sessions: Lead regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff to ensure they meet brand standards.
  • Monitor Performance and Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and monitor team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations Teams: Work closely with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • F&B Training Experience: Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • Liquor Service Standards: Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Training Module Creation: Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to motivate and train teams.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across outlets and adapt to changing situations.
