About the Role

As a General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for running core workplace services and facilities operations.

This includes coordinating with vendors, managing assets, providing security support, and ensuring employee welfare.

  • Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service key performance indicators to drive efficiency.
  • Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Support health, safety, and environment (HSE) basics such as drills, signage, and ergonomics in coordination with safety teams.
  • Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges to ensure a seamless work experience.
  • Assist with corporate social responsibility events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Produce reports and compliance documentation to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in General Affairs/facilities/services administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
  • New graduates with a service-minded, hands-on approach are encouraged to apply for this role.
