Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets, including identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as prospecting for new clients.
Client Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivering on client expectations.
Performance Management:
Tracking account performance, analyzing key metrics, and reporting on progress against goals.
Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Communication:
Providing regular updates to senior management on account status, performance, and strategic initiatives.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
