Customer Service Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers on a daily basis, addressing their inquiries, orders, returns, and other service-related issues using a customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability. You will be responsible for planning and executing order management, including sales order booking, material follow-up, complaint redressal, customer deliveries & AR collection. Additionally, you will provide expert-level customer support through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service metrics will be closely monitored, and data insights will be used to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will utilize data analysis tools to generate reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized service and process recommendations.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve service processes. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on data-driven insights is also a critical aspect of this position.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service in a global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operational research, supply chain, or related field
  • Teamwork - Ability to leverage the strengths of the team and take everyone along
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Hands-on experience managing India, Middle East, and Africa Region
  • ERP Exposure: Oracle, SAP, BI & MS Tools
