Senior Financial Analyst Position

Olam Agri is seeking a highly skilled financial expert to take on the role of Senior Financial Analyst.

This senior-level position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), as well as experience with SAP software.

  • Ensure adherence to all accounting standards and regulations by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong relationships with the accounting Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Prepare and review financial and management accounts in a timely and accurate manner for submission to the Corporate Centre.

  • Lead the budgeting process for Capex, P&L, and working capital requirements across all businesses and legal entities.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Analyze and evaluate the financial viability of new business opportunities and investments, supporting pricing decisions and profitability analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing working capital, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and monitoring financial risks associated with commercial activities.

A minimum of 2-5 years of post-article-ship experience in the manufacturing industry is required, preferably in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is also necessary.
