Financial Analysis Expert

About the role:

  • This position plays a pivotal part in providing insightful financial analysis, cost evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects to support business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as needed by leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company's financial health.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial best practices and make data-driven decisions that impact the organization's financial stability.
  3. Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  4. Providing guidance on financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in finance and accounting, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domains, with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and planning.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles, with ability to apply these principles in a practical setting.
  • MBA Finance or equivalent degree, with strong technology skills and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
