Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and advanced financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Design and implement annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present timely and actionable financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct regular variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 20+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Business Finance.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience (D365, Adaptive, Blackline preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on building and managing high-performing teams.
