Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to lead financial planning, analytical reporting, fundraising support, and investor presentations at both project and group levels.

  • Financial Analysis
    • Create detailed financial reports covering sales, collections, costs, and profitability for ongoing projects.
    • Develop and maintain consolidated financial reports for the company and group level.
    • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses.
    • Support management with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations
    • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
    • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with investors and legal advisors.
    • Ensure timely preparation of quarterly investor presentations with accurate financial and operational updates.
  • Strategic Financial Planning
    • Build robust financial models for ongoing and upcoming projects.
    • Track sales pipeline, collections, and expense management to support decision-making.
    • Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Review and support preparation of legal and financial documentation for fundraising and investments.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all agreements and term sheets.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling).
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of fundraising processes and investor communications.
  • Ability to interpret and work with legal and financial documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor and management interactions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance roles.
  • Prior exposure to fundraising or project finance is highly desirable.
