Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for providing critical financial analysis, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc special projects to support operations departments. Depending on the department supported, this position may be responsible for revenue and/or expense budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • 8-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domains with significant exposure to various financial analyses and modeling techniques, including discounted cash flow, cost/benefit, valuation, and sensitivity analyses
  • Experience in analyzing monthly financial results and performing in-depth financial analysis
  • Developing financial projections and building financial models
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance
  • Identify financial risks and recommend strategies for risk mitigation to safeguard the company's financial stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, support decision-making, and drive financial best practices across the organization
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights

Qualifications

  • MBA Finance/ICWA/ICWA (Inter)/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, and strong technology skills and need to be excellent communicators with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
