- Leadership experience in delivering client outcomes for SaaS-based analytics or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence product development and contribute to the product vision based on client needs.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex information into actionable instructions.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams in a high-growth environment.
- Experience with AI-driven RGM solutions or enterprise software implementation.
- Understanding of design-led decision-making processes and solution development.
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Background in management consulting with a focus on commercial strategy or pricing analytics.
- Strong familiarity with data analytics and associated tools and visualization platforms.
- Relevant academic background in business, economics, or engineering.
