Job Title: Senior Learning Solutions Manager

This senior leadership role is designed to drive strategic learning and development solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge learning solutions that integrate innovative technologies, assessment methodologies, and instructional design principles.
  • Create engaging learning experiences by translating complex concepts into narrative scripts and storyboards.
  • Ensure consistent visualization and design across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Align learning solutions with client business context, goals, and measurable impact.
Client Management & Delivery:
  • Lead large, complex, multi-portfolio client engagements with global scope.
  • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Buid strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and position as a trusted advisor.
Business Development & Growth:
  • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Lead solution design, pricing, proposal development, and high-stakes presentations/pilots to senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Mobilize and align resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
