About this Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development expert to spearhead strategic workforce development initiatives.

Role: Head of L&D

The ideal candidate will create and execute behavioral and communication training programs with the aim of enhancing patient experience, service quality, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Create a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the organization.
  • Evaluate training impact using metrics and conduct post-training assessments to measure effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance program efficacy.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend developmental interventions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive learning initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of ongoing learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (preferably Aviation and Hotels); substantial contributions to or management of the end-to-end Learning and Development function.
