Job Title: Team Member - Learning and Development Professional

Department: Sales Training

Position Grade Range: Basis eligibility and evaluation

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with Business Heads.
  2. Identify skill and competency gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
  3. Prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per organizational goals.
  4. Design and deliver training modules on products like equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
  5. Continuously update training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
  6. Conduct Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms.
  7. Assist in non-training initiatives such as new product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications.
  8. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • A winning mindset and learning attitude.
  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales & good understanding of the mutual funds industry with orientation and flair for training & coaching.
  • NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining).
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel & be on field.
