Job Description

We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organizations.

You will work closely with clients to customize content based on their learning needs analysis. Your role will involve authoring content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations. You will also write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences.

In addition, you will design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games) and create learning rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in learners.

You will utilize internal and external technology platforms to design engaging virtual learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Interest in behavioural skills development.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to write, edit, and proof-read quality written content for various mediums.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design, or Communication (preferred, not required).
