
Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for AI-led digital transformation services.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and create new business opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts. This requires close collaboration with regional Sales Leaders and coordination with the Marketing team to craft compelling messaging and execute targeted campaigns.
You will engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively. Your analytical mindset and experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics will be invaluable in tracking and reporting on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work with global clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC. If you have experience working with data enrichment and prospecting tools, that's a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze target accounts
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives
- Craft compelling narratives and high-level solution overviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs
- Tailor outreach to specific enterprise accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology or ITES environment
- Proven experience engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behaviour
- Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
