Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Sales Professional to join our team at Shift Boolean. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and helping us achieve our business targets.

About the Role:
    In this role, you will be expected to identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking events. You will also be responsible for qualifying leads, building a healthy pipeline, and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through various channels.    
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, build a healthy pipeline, and maintain accurate records.    
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, industry trends, and business objectives to position our custom software solutions effectively.    
  • Relationship Building: Nurture strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.    
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet revenue and profitability targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    
  •     
  • Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software development or IT services.    
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions simply and persuasively.    
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development concepts and the ability to quickly grasp technical solutions.    
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.    
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, backed by a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary:
    The estimated salary for this role is ₹8 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary based on individual performance and company requirements.
