IT Sales Executive Job Opportunity

Makaz Software Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our software products and IT services, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management - Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support during the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstrations - Gain a deep understanding of Makaz Software Solutions' products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations to showcase solutions effectively.
  • Achieving Sales Targets - Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
  • Reporting and Market Analysis - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts using CRM tools. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role. Experience with selling software solutions, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office Suite. Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
