Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our software products and IT services, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support during the sales process.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
- Gain a deep understanding of Makaz Software Solutions' products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations to showcase solutions effectively.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
- Reporting and Market Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role.
- Experience with selling software solutions, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is a plus.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
