Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real impact?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resource Specialist, where you will have the chance to work with us in shaping the future of social connection.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our fast-paced People & Culture function. This includes working closely with hiring managers to shortlist resumes based on role requirements, schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain structured interview records.

You will also assist in releasing offer letters and managing candidate communication, support end-to-end hiring processes, and help with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. If you have prior experience in HR/recruitment, this is your chance to deepen your exposure in recruitment and day-to-day HR ops.

We operate six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shortlist resumes based on role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Collect feedback and maintain structured interview records
- Assist in releasing offer letters and managing candidate communication
- Support end-to-end hiring processes
- Assist in maintaining job descriptions, postings, and hiring dashboards
- Support with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations

- Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruitment is mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines
- Comfortable with job portals, emails, and fast turnarounds
