
Human Resources Development Professional

Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a Human Resources Intern. Assist our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and developing HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare orientation materials for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS system.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management processes.
- Contribute to various HR projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with recruiter software.
- Knowledge of Hindi is important; local language (Kannada) is an added advantage.
- Must be well-settled in Bangalore.
