This role will play a vital part in shaping our future talent pipeline. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure we have the right talent in place to drive business growth.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles, leveraging market research and talent mapping expertise.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize recruitment effectiveness.
  • Enhance our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks, delivering a superior candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
