We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Karkhana, where we are transforming the manufacturing landscape. Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our supply chain operations. As a crucial member of our team, you will oversee sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for designated projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manufacturing Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes meet customer specifications. Manage billing and delivery deadlines to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee logistics, manufacturing, and quality control across all supply chain partners. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quotations, progress reports, and Quality Assurance Policy (QAP) adherence.
  • Cost Optimization: Work with suppliers to reduce Bill of Materials (BOM) costs, improving overall profitability and cash flow.
  • Effective Communication: Manage project status information, highlighting issues and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all stakeholders adhere to processes and regulatory policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing or project management is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering principles and concepts, as well as familiarity with project management tools and software. Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal, and analytical abilities are essential.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate teams and achieve project goals.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage project schedules efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
