The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering or automation, with a minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience and 10 years of improvement experience. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with operational teams to design and optimize plant layouts, processes, and equipment.
- Lead process planning and implementation for new projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching on Lean principles, TPM, and other best practices.
- University degree or above in industrial engineering/automation or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience and 10 years of improvement experience.
- Professional knowledge of Lean and IE methodologies, including standard work, 5Why, SMED, Line Balance, and VSM.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office software, with experience in SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
