Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as coordinate training and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, employee experience, and HRMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
  • Administer Learning Management Systems, such as Udemy and Learning.
  • Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Compile and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations / Employee Engagement / L&D.
  • Prior experience in HRMS implementation and employee engagement initiatives preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • High ownership with attention to detail.
