Global Head of HR & People

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our global human resources and people operations. As the Global Head of HR & People, you will be responsible for building and scaling our HR systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic leader for all global HR operations, establishing a corporate-level framework.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.

Performance & Culture:

  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
