
Strategic Client Development Specialist

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business growth in the structured finance space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating and acquiring new client relationships, working closely with promoters in the sector to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Present complex financial information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Functions:
- Originate and acquire new client relationships in the structured finance space.
- Work closely with promoters to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
- Manage end-to-end deal execution including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
- Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 5-10 years of experience in structured finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
