Talent Acquisition Intern (Non-Tech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from frontline field staff to core business functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS
  • D deliver a consistent and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of recruitment experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
